Complete the following to make a scooter reservation request. 

NOTE:  You must be 19 years old and have a valid drivers license to rent a scooter.  If you are 19-20, you must not have any moving traffic violations on your driving record. If you have questions, please call us. 

Submitting this form requests a reservation only.  Someone will call to confirm and request the $45 reservation deposit to hold your reservation.  Your deposit is applied to your rental charges.
